Assessments are a great way to establish where you are currently starting from and keep track of your progress over time.  Whether you are focusing on your fitness results, nutrition program or both, checking in with a bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly assessment will help ensure you are staying on your path and heading in the direction you want.  It’s also a great motivator to keep you going!

InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer – Members $25 – Non-Members $75

The InBody 570 body composition analyzer goes beyond traditional body composition analysis. Quickly measure fat mass, muscle mass, and body water levels in less than a minute. No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes. Each InBody Test will print out a full-page results sheet detailing the muscle, fat, and water values of the user. The InBody 570 provides you with lean mass and fat values in each segment of the body to give you proper assessment of body composition.

Fitness Assessments – $75

Track changes every month or each quarter to see how much you’ve progressed over time.  These fitness assessments are 45 minutes and take you through various exercises to track your strength, heart rate, balance, and include body measurements & an InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer scan.

Measurement Tracking $50

This 30 minute assessment helps you keep a record of your body measurements and composition as you continue down your health journey. A coach will take your circumferential measurements and take you through an InBody 570 Body Composition Analysis scan.

Pre/PostNatal Assessment $99

If you are expecting, then expect that your training will need to change as well. There is so much conflicting information regarding pregnancy training that it can be hard to know what moves are safe, and what the most effective strategies are to help women thrive during this period. This PRE/POSTNATAL fitness assessment focuses on muscles and movements most critical to preventing pregnancy pains, facilitating an easier labor, speeding your postpartum recovery, and helping you better carry out the physical demands of early motherhood.  Your coach will also perform a Diastis Recti check to ensure you are able to control your core movement properly.
